Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. PST File access is denied after upgrading to Windows Windows 10 and Outlook. This is an issue not only with Officebut with the Office Preview. The suggested solution may work for some, but it did not for me. For me, all Office updates are installed and the programs supposedly working correctly. Also, I’ve repeatedly uninstalled and installed both Office and Office Preview. I have Office and noticed incompatibility issues with each Office product including Publisher and OneNote.

Another site offered the solution to open each Office icon in the ‘Start Menu’ located by right-clicking the icon in the ‘All App’ section and opening the file location and running the compatibility microsoft office 2013 not compatible with windows 10 free until settings were found that would allow the program to open.

This was a solution offered to open Office when upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 8 or 8.
