What bothers me the most is that I have been working on this for over 3 weeks and today finally put a request in to be called back and when the call came in, I received a message “it looks like we missed you, please sign back in, put in another request to be called” and then it hung up.

As usual, you guys just go round and round and do NOT give a phone number. You just have to go thru Help in quickbooks and thru chat. You also just keep giving the same instructions that are not doing anyone any good. Everyone has updated to the latest version of QB and are logged in as administrator. Still no payroll banner and no way to update the principal info. I have gone thru desktop help payroll support and everytime some one gives me the wrong advice on what to do.
